Pumpkinfur is Kiwispot’s father, and mate to Blizzardsky. He can be either a tunneler or moor-runner. At a very young age, Pumpkinfur and Blizzardsky became an arranged mateship by their parents to continue a pure, WindClan-born bloodline. For a while, this sounded great, because Pumpkinfur and Blizzardsky were natural, best friends throughout their apprenticeship. However, when they got older, Pumpkinfur and Blizzardsky tried for kits many, many times which resulted in many miscarriages and health issues for Blizzardsky. They finally gave birth to Mangokit, Kiwikit, Chiakit, and Pitayakit. [break][break]
Pumpkinfur may or may not truly love Blizzardsky, but he fears that their relationship will fall apart. Their struggles in kit-bearing have put a significant strain on their relationship. Chiafrost’s betrayal and Pitayabreeze’s controversial personality have also hurt the couple significantly.

Blizzardsky is a thoughtful and intelligent molly, but she has a tendency to have a fragile physical health. From a young age, she was the opposite of her more rebellious and free-spirited sister. She agrees with WindClan’s pure-blooded ideals and hopes to continue the family line. Hence, her mother Tigerflame sees Blizzardsky as her model daughter. However, her poor health has made pregnancy difficult for her. She experienced a series of miscarriages before giving birth to Mangokit, Kiwikit, Chiakit, and Pitayakit. As such, she is also quite a hands-off mother and has been struggling to find her identity in WindClan. [break][break]
After everything they’ve been through together, she is beginning to wonder if she truly loves Pumpkinfur. Or even if she loves her now-adult kits. While she previously found her sister Iceskip’s rebellious attitude embarrassing, she now cannot help but wonder if her sister was right about it all. However, it is far too late to ask, as Iceskip passed away moons ago.

Jadefern was Tinyfox's mentor, and the last remaining possibility of Tinyfox's crimes being discovered. I like to think Tinyfox had a “fake” friendly relationship with Jadefern, as Tinyfox tended to be friendly and energetic despite her dark side. Maybe Jadefern even knows when Tinyfox found her siblings' bodies. Maybe they slowly watched Tinyfox snap, but didn't want to say anything out of fear? Or out of love? They might now feel like they are walking on eggshells, tiptoeing around her so as to not suffer the same fate as the rest of Tinyfox's family. Regardless, Jadefern definitely knows something is up with their former apprentice, but what they do or do not understand is up to the adopter.[break][break]

I would prefer that they don't immediately go to Nightstar, as I want Tinyfox to stay in WindClan for the time being. This character can only stay alive on the condition that they do not spill Tinyfox's secrets. Else, Tinyfox will kill them, exiled or not. Feel free to make them an eventual victim of Tinyfox as well.

The patriarch of the russet family, Jaguarslash is getting quite old. He was a strict, unwavering father to his sons: Jackelnose, Houndstep, and Weaselflame. Unfortunately, he never quite saw the consequences of his actions. A rough and tough “boys don’t show weakness” kind of tom, he strove to make his sons strong and infallible. However, he is unaware of just how seriously the boys took his lessons, and the competitive monsters they have grown up to become. He did not condone the idea of killing she-kits, but due to his indecisiveness in choosing the next family head, he bred toxic competition between his sons. Jaguarslash is currently struggling with the idea of getting older and fears being seen as vulnerable for the first time in his life - likely with the other elders.

Jackelnose was originally the smallest and weakest of his litter. He had a dream of becoming the powerhead of the family and a model WindClan warrior. Competition between the three brothers was strong and hard-fought. All three of them competed for the first to have a son and thus secure the family line. He may have even thrown away his previous daughters to force Speckleleaf to bear more sons. But eventually, with the convenient death of both his siblings and Tinyfox being the only young one, he became the crown. As his father ages, he now assumes more and more influence over the family and is extremely condescending toward Tinyfox. He believes that mollies are not supposed to be equal to toms in a relationship, but he doesn’t dare say that in front of his mate as of now.

SPECKLELEAF

This molly is Jackelnose’s mate. She put up with his antiques for a very long time. Her first litter, that of a single molly, “accidentally” ate deathberries at a young age. Luckily, she later bore Dingoclaw a litter of two sons. However, soon after, Specklenose snapped and decided she was done being less than his equal. A strong personality and an even stronger body, Speckleleaf is nothing to be messed with now. It is rumored that she is the real power behind the throne of the russet family, and she has Jackelnose whipped into nothing but a figurehead. She is very judgmental of other she-cats betrothing into their family and was a very strict parent. Whether she and Jackelnose truly love each other is up to the adopters.

Dingoclaw is quite the opposite of his brother Ocelotclaw. He is competitive, intense, and ambition-driven like his father. He played with Tinykit, Fenneckit, and Vixenkit during their nursery days, but soon grew to take after his father in believing that mollies were not their strength-equals. He began to find Tinyfox an embarrassment to the family for not settling down and bearing kits, and he may even have bullied her at some point. It is likely that Dingoclaw has an idea of what happened to Tinyfox’s siblings at a young age, but he does not want to damage the family’s reputation and his own reputation. He is glad that Fawncloud bore him a son and will not repeat the crimes of his forefathers.

Ocelotclaw and his cousin Tinyfox might have even been friends, had things not turned dark for Tinyfox. He played with Tinykit, Fenneckit, and Vixenkit during their nursery days, but the two grew apart after the death of Tinyfox’s parents. This warm-hearted and good-natured tom is too innocent to fully understand the crimes of his family. He finds it suspicious that all his extended family have died rather violent deaths and has an inkling of what might have happened to all the she-kits born in their family. However, he dissociates from such violence and is too cowardly to bring it up in conversation. In the future, he might be the one to slowly uncover the truth about Tinyfox. He wants to protect his family, including his baby cousin Tinyfox, and in doing so can be nosy and overly affectionate at times.

Fawncloud is the mate of Dingoclaw and the mother of Coatipaw. Orphaned at a young age, she became best friends with Dingoclaw at a young age and was very emotionally reliant on him. After the two were betrothed, she was glad that the russet family took her in, but there are a lot of tensions between her and Speckleleaf. Speckleleaf does not think her as a molly good enough for her son, and Fawncloud fears that she may never truly have a place in WindClan. As such, she tries to prove herself in the only way she believes a molly can - by bearing Dingoclaw kits. She thinks Tinyfox’s side of the family is a failure, since Tinyfox is the only remaining offspring and is a daughter.

He is yet to be betrothed, but his grandparents and parents are certain to be extremely, extremely picky, possibly even condemning him to a loveless life. His personality is completely open!

Varian mated into the Claws family through Gladiolus after meeting the family in the Twolegplace. He and Gladiolus had a fairytale romance - that is, until Gladiolus fell pregnant with his kits. Living off Twoleg scraps and hiding in garbage bins was a difficult life, and Varian was getting tired of it. Fearing for the family’s futures, Varian felt that his mate and kits were safest being raised in the Clans, no matter the Clans’ past transgressions against the family. [break][break]
However, Gladiolus and Julius disagreed, leading to many sour disagreements. In the end, Varian ended up joining a Clan himself, leaving his pregnant mate behind. He is unaware of Gladiolus’ death or that his kits live on in the Clouded Claws. It is highly likely in the future that he has a confrontation with Julius and his daughters. However, how he feels about them is up to the adopter.

However, a bit of a mean girl, she tends to be competitive and judgmental. In the end, she loves her family and wants only the best for them, despite not knowing the means to do so. Her name means “light” or “power.” Both a ray of hope and a steal for power, Kira is a natural leader, a potential ringleader for future attacks on the Clans. If Julius was to nominate a granddaughter to watch over the family’s well-being, it would be Kira.

Her name means something akin to “work and prosper.” Because of her complacency and lack of ambition, Julius fears for her future. If there was one granddaughter he worried about the most, it would be Ida. If there was a member of the Claws that might betray the family and deflect to the Clans one day, Ida would be the one.

Astra is the slyest of the four sisters. She has a big personality and even bigger dreams. While outwardly appearing as a shy and quiet cat, Astra dreams of taking back their ancestral lands just as her grandfather Julius said. She will go to any length to achieve such ambition dreams, not intimidated in the slightest by the Clans. Astra can be cruel and believes in the philosophy “an eye for an eye” when it comes to the Clans. Her name means something akin to “to the stars.” While not the strongest, loudest, or prettiest of the sisters, Astra is the smartest. Astra loves deep conversation and her mind grabs onto philosophical ideals like freedom and justice. She holds onto the family’s grudges from the past, and thus, if Julius had a favorite daughter, Astra would be it.
